Add Rear Bumper 08 Jay Feather 31v
The rear end of my Jay Feather has a faux bumper and I would like to add a tubular steel frame bumper so I can mount a bike rack or whatnot. Has anyone done this on the older models that have the faux bumpers?

Yes, I went to a custom welding/fabrication shop that specializes in RVs and trailers. They removed the flimsy factory bumper and installed a new square bumper that is welded and bolted to the frame. The new bumper also included a 2" square receiver hitch. Works great with a 4-bike carrier, no movement at all. The shop was recommended to me by my Jayco dealer.
