All tucked away

All tucked away for a long winter's night...

That's always depressing... =(.

Usually we head to Florida in February every year, this year we will have a newborn son and don't want to make the 2000 mile round trip with a 2 month old. Long story short... ours has been away for about 2 months.

I can see how that would be a tough trip! I feel your pain, I technically could have covered it in the beginning of September.

I just did the same thing Tuesday and yes it was a sad day. When I take Tunce out for a walk the first thing she does is walk around it and wants to go inside. She doesn't understand why she can't live inside and this is what she's thinking" when do we get there".

Ours is at the dealer to repair some damage from a blown tire, we waited till we have a break to leave it. They have ordered parts and awaiting everything to begin the repairs. Hopefully we will be back camping by mid Dec and headed to Fl. in early Feb.
My back yard looks empty.

Geez, I already have my reservations in for ten days on West Point Lake at R. Shaffer Heard Campground. Beautiful Corps of Engineers campground. Camp right through those cold days. Thats when it is fun to camp. We try to go there for Christmas just about every year. Spend Christmas and New Years on the Lake!
Maybe I will post some nice sunset photos.
Safe Camping to all!

I would like to see the camper all decorated with its Christmas lights. My wife and I love to walk around the camp sites and see the campers all "dressed" up with lights; I imagine Christmas time is beautiful!
