Awning on a jayco X23B

Does anyone have any ideals on how to stop the awning from flapping in the wind I seen some clamps at several different stores but the bar has to be right across from the awning for them to work. Any ideals?

We reduced the end flapping on Bro-in-law's awning by using tarp clips and bungees. I saw one tarp that had the same clips with partially filled water jugs hanging off the clips. I have no idea how well the hanging water jugs did. The clips and bungees helped a bunch, but weren't 100%.

I use the tarp clips that Vic posted. I tied some healthy twine to them and ran a length over the bar and snugged up the line and tied it off to the locking tabs of the awning bar below. Sure quieted down the noisy flapping noise!!!

Man I'll bet that looked attractive!

If it's too windy, I'll just roll my awning up......
