These are expensive (to me anyway, I can get these lasered) by they will reinforce the bumpers to better withstand the forces involved. This would cost less than an add-on hitch....

Has anyone used these? Looks like a simple install a quick fix to this bike rack issue. I'm a newbie camper and was going full tilt with mounting a bike rack on the back of my RV's bumper, until I came across this thread. Thanks for all the advice!
