Bulb seal needed for 2009 Travel Star Sport

Hello. New here. We have a 2009 Starcraft Travel Star Sport 191CK that we purchased 3 years ago. It was bought brand new by my aunt and uncle in 09 and was probably used less than 10 times, so it is like brand new, except there is a leak at the bottom of the front bunk door when closed. I noticed a little water staining on the inside tent near the hinge when we purchased it and couldn't figure out the issue. Finally I took off the cover that goes over the seal along the hinge and found about 10 brand new screws laying in the track behind the seal that were never installed from the factory(!!??). There were exactly 2 screws (one on each end) holding the entire door in place. Still puzzled how that made it out of the factory. I put in all of the screws but now need a new seal as it is ruined. I would like to find a way to fix this before we incur any major damage. I am going to assume this is the main source of the leak. The seal is an SD-725 bulb seal available at Uni-grip but they require I buy 30' of it which is more than twice the amount I need. Photos below. Could anyone provide any advice or assistance as to where I can find a smaller amount of the seal?

The screws I found:

Check out this web site, Edge Trim, they sell it by the foot hopefully its the same SD-725, cost is listed at $7.41 a foot.

Thank you, I've seen that site before and it says SD-725, but that is not the same thing. Here is the link to the Uni-grip page: Bulb Seals | Uni-Grip Inc.

Thanks. That is not the correct one though. I'm told it is the Uni-grip SD-725 bulb seal.
