Bunk bed fan light plug

OK We bought a used 2007 Jayco Feather. The part attached by the bunks for the fan/light combo. Need to find a male plug so we can use this feature. I have attached pictures of the plug and socket. Anyone know where we can get these parts?

I'd like to find just the jack in the plastic mounting flange like what is pictured. We just upgraded from an old Coleman popup to a "new to us" 2012 Jayco X20E hybrid, and it doesn't have anywhere to plug in our fan/lights.

I can find mono 1/4" jacks on Amazon all day, but I'd really like the one pictured to give it a more finished look.
