Bunk door won't seal

I have a X23E that has been in the shop for this same bunk door a few times. It is the side bunk.

The latest is that the bunk door won't seal when it is closed. When the door is closed rain (or a water hose if I am just testing) will come down the inside of the bunk. It comes in underneath the canvas. If the door is open, we don't have a leaking problem.

I have tried increasing the tension of the latches. They are now as tight as they can go. It appears that the bunk is warped. The center of the bunk sticks out further than the corners. I have confirmed this with a 4 ft straight edge level. I then tried to add a thin weather seal on top of the current weather seal. This didn't help the problem at all.

I have pictures, if I can figure out how to upload/link them I will post them.

Looking for ideas of how to resolve this issue. This camper has spent more time in Camping World's service shop than I have had it.

Now if it were mine I would go to the carpet store ( not a Lowes or HD ) and check out their trim or edge mounding as they come in different sizes and lengths of 10-12’. Take off your gutter ( loosen the screws)above the door and insert it behind your original gutter, caulk & screw down so now the drip edge is beyond the door slightly

Did you find a solution? Notice our x23f is doing same thing. Thinking we will try to in-bow it
