Bunkends Shaking
We have only used our 23B Hybrid twice and both times we could feel the bunkends shaking a little at night. Is there a way to stop this shaking? We are new to trailer camping so any suggestions would be appreciated!

Unfortunately all TTs shake. There are a few things that you can do to minimize the amount. Make sure to use something like X-Chocks, between the wheels, add a another set of stabilizer jacks right in front of the wheels. You can also add stabilizer braces to the stabilizer jacks. The first two listed are fairly cheap to do and they do make a big difference.
Two other things I recommend doing is place the stabilizer sand pads on a 6x6 piece of plywood, and tighten up the stabilizers before going to bed.
Best of luck with your new HTT.

Our 17Z always had a little movement in the bunk ends. It is normal.

Your hanging out in space supported by 2 cables and surrounded by canvas...it's going to shake, wiggle, vibrate, etc. with every breeze or movement in the camper. If your awning is deployed your TT will really move with the wind even with all the fancy stabilizer jacks and everything. It's the nature of the beast. Just lie there and enjoy it.

Hmmmm .... could you describe this shaking a bit more? Is it like you are lying still in bed and it is shaking? Is there any strong / gusting breeze outside at the time and if so is your awning out at the time the shaking is experienced? Is the movement you feel only when you turn in bed? Just to say "it is shaking" is to general and it would be hard to provide a precise response.
FWIW, mine does not shake, but I can get into that more when I see responses to the above questions.

You will feel shaking or movement when you lay on the bunk and people are moving around in the camper. I use those X-Chocks mentioned in the 2nd post to eliminate some of that.

We experianced the same thing on our first camper, a hybrid. The kids move on one end and you will feel it on the other.

Yes it is normal. Chock your wheels tightly and give the stabilizing jacks an extra twist to help minimize the movement. Then Velcro everyone else and the moving will stop.
