Can't believe I finally did it!

Well, after over a year of looking, we put a deposit on a new 2014 X23B! I'm pretty excited, and a little nervous. I'll have to drive from Ohio over to Indiana to pick it up, so I guess I'll get some towing experience right off the bat. I can't make the trip for a couple of weeks yet, so I'll have time to pick up some of the essential items that you guys have recommended. And, I still need to get tow mirrors put on my truck. I want to thank everybody for the help so far, and also ask you to keep the advice coming. I'm gonna need all the help I can get!

You made a great choice

From someone who has camped for over 20 yrs , just know you need to allow yourself plenty of time to learn the in an out of backing, and items can purchased cheaper at walmart .

Don't be nervous, we're friendly folk over here in Indiana!!

Seriously though, I'm glad to see you made the decision on the X23B. I know you were flip-flopping between this and another TT. You won't be disappointed, I know we sure like ours! I was nervous like you, we had to drive from Indiana to Cincy. I was lucky in that my son-in-law had experience with towing trailers, so I had him make the trip with me. On the way home, we stopped at a State Park for our initial camp outing. Everything went well, happy to say!

Congratulations! We bought the same trailer this year, too. We LOVE it. Have made three camping trips in it so far and everything has been totally perfect. (Have to thank all the people on this forum, too) Every question I've had has been answered for me here.
