Cover for X17C?

Well...winter is quickly approaching and I'm thinking about a cover (the Tyvek-type) for my 2011 X17C. I have it parked at a storage lot and want to keep it covered. I'm not sure what size, type, etc. of cover to get. Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I don't know where you are, but there is a Camping World in Bowling Green, KY.

They are having a sale on ADCO covers right now.....

I am also looking for the best cover for my 2013 X17A. I assume they are similar sizes. Is your trailer about 19' in length?

Thanks for the link ncooper96!

Measured my X17C and it is 14' 10" from end to end of the box....so I'll go for the Adco 69970 cover (15'1" to 18'). I'm in Bowling Green, KY (go by Camping World offices everyday on my way to work) so I'll check if the local store has one. $250 + tax.

I'll let you guys know how it works when I get it!

I'm anxious to hear if the 69970 cover works for you. I bought one that's still in the box a while back and am thinking it might be too big for my Kiwi 17A although I think that is the smallest cover available.

Hi Penguin, we had a 2007 X17C. Just some advice on the cover, make sure you protect your awning on the ends before you put the cover on. When we put ours on, the wind blowing the cover around rubbed all the threads off on the awning fabric. We had the cover tight to the roof and just a little movement will cause damage. I believe it even says to protect your fabric and roof from rubbing in the cover instructions. I missed that part

The 69970 fits my X17C OK. A little big but I was afraid to get the size smaller since I was within 2 inches of the max for the 15 foot cover. It was easy to put on...had to get on top of the TT but that wasn't a problem. Found that it is best to align the front of the cover properly and let the rear have all of the slack.

I have used pool noodles and tennis ball to protect anything that could snag the cover. I need to check on the awning and roof rubbing situation though because it does seem to billow a bit when the wind blows. I tried not to tighten the strap too much out of fear that they would break
