Our X23B was a '12 and I used my Lynx blocks ("legos") to lift a tire off the ground. Never had to change a tire but that's how I would have done it. If you want to service the bearings or brakes then a jack might make more sense as you could get to both wheels on a side at the same time. But to change a tire on the roadside - the ramp. JMHO Check it out by backing up onto a gentle curb, I discovered this worked when backing into the driveway and was a little to one side.
