Drawer Glides Question

we have 19H but I suppose this would apply to any hybrid with drawers. Ever since we got it new, I noticed the top drawer out of 3 vertically does not open as far as the other 2. Seems that it should go further, glides don't come out the same with drawer fully extended and there is a loud screechy rubbing noise when opening. I took the drawer out, nothing seems to be warped or uneven????

Any suggestions or experiences with this. Does your draws all open the same length?

Also, minor issue but does your tent pole when up seem to be slightly bent to the right?

never mind, husband looked at it and he got the drawer to go out all the way, nothing was wrong with it?? Don't know what I was doing.

Rubbing noise was from bottom of drawer hitting roller notch to close, just opened and closed it a bunch of times and rubbed out, not as noisy.
