It makes absolutely no sense that they include a DVD, but not a way to hook a TV up to it. I will never fully understand that. Here's what I did -- I bought an RCA wallplate, and installed it on the underside of the cabinet that houses the DVD player. It's a tidier way than just cutting a hole. I stole this idea from forum member FlyingPenguin, and it works great. Looks like it came from the factory.
One note -- it's rather strange, but the red and white audio jacks, despite being hooked to the back of the DVD player, don't appear to do anything. Like others, there are times when I'd rather the audio came from the TV speakers and not the camper speakers, but that doesn't appear to be an option here and I'm not sure why.
