I think you're asking for what people commonly refer to as a dog bone. If you have a 50A or 30A power cable to your TT and you want to plug into a 15A (120v) outlet, there is such a device that's usually under a foot in length (see picture).
Now, if you're referring to adding an extension cord to your TT power cable to reach a 120v outlet (perhaps at your house), you'll want a 14 gauge wire extension cord (the smaller the number gauge, the heavier or thicker the wire). Buying a heavier gauge cord that's being used to plug in at home would be a waste of money since your home's circuit breaker would flip if you tried to draw more current than your house wiring would/could handle.
