First trip soon sweet home oregon

Had my TT for three weeks and getting ready to take our x17z to sweet home Oregon for the Oregon jamboree. Three day camping and country music concert.

No hook ups so good by ac.

And the closer Thursday gets the slower the days at work.

You know you'll be in a Heat Advisory this weekend. High 90s into the 100 mark and with no AC it's going to be a hot one for you. If you rent your own porta potty make sure you bring a lock for it.

Thanks for the advice...I'm more worried about the drive than the heat.

So my idea on staying cool...we have a two room tent shower room that came with a 5gal solar shower bag. I filled it with water and put it the deep freezer. Will hang up in the tent out of the sun so I can cool off when needed...we will see how it works out.

That drive form Aberdeen will be a piece of cake but give much thought into that porta-potty rental I menchened in my earlier reply. There's a reason why they rent them to each camper site if you want one. If you don't take water with you for your holding tank a truck will fill you up for I think $30.00. No dump station on site thou.

Yes we will get our water filled when we get there. Not sure if we can spring for our own Porta potty...

Sweet home was a blast. My new trailer is great way better than the pop up. The only two problems I had was not wanting to go home and my trailer dragged on the ground both times I got fuel guess I'm gonna have to lift it.
