fresh water tank sealing

I noticed on my 23B that inside the pump compartment next to the furnace that the fresh water tank is not sealed to the trailer. I can feel cool air coming through the cutout where the inlet and outlet are located. has anyone else seen this and has anyone sealed that area and with what? Not sure but it seems like an area where critters could get in if they wanted to. Thanks

Seen it but haven't corked it up yet. My 23B lives indoors except when camping so the likelyhood of critter entry is very low.

Stuff some caulk backer in there and top off with your favorite flavor of caulk.

I'm going to seal that area up and add some caulk where the water tube comes in to the toilet. All areas that look like critters can access the camper.
