Furnace while covered?

Hello, i was wondering if you can run furnace while the unit is covered. Have an x17z 2020. Was thinking maybe cover will affect air intake. Cover is an adco tyvek. Thanks for any help. Frank

Air intake should be fine but it's the exhaust you need to worry about. It will burn a hole in the cover and possibly start the cover on fire completely so no, I wouldn't recommend it.
