Getting ourselves a 2005 23B

We sold our popup last fall and are in the process of purchasing a 2005 23B. Any tips or advise would be much appreciated. We have three kids 7, 5 and 18months. We are really looking forward to getting back out as we did not go camping at all last season.

Start with the roof and go over every inch of it checking for cracked caulk. I bet you'll find some areas that will need some attention. Check every seam all the way down and around then remove every little panel inside that has a screw holding it on. Your looking for water staining ,insects, mouse poop and holes in the floor where the wires and water pipes enter the TT. If there's a panel that can't be removed see if you can hold your phone camera over the top of it and snap one. Check the sink from underneath for water damage to the underside of the countertop material. Look at all screws and make sure they all match and look for rust on them or twisted heads. Check the date on the tires, feel the side walls and I don't what he said REPACK THE WHEEL BEARINGS if you buy it. And I just started but you get it.
