Gutter Replacement For Front Bunk And Latches

I had water damage on the front bunk of our 2008 23B and replaced it with a new one. The dealership said it was a custom order and would not be made until it was paid for. I paid a little over $1,100 for it and put it in myself. I must say this door is much better than the old one. My problem is the gutter that goes over the front bunk did not come with the new door and the old one does not fit. The dealership said this gutter is not available and suggested that I replace it with a straight gutter. The old gutter wrapped around the top of the bunk door and attached to the frame of the bunk door creating a gutter/cover over the top of the bunk seal. The straight gutter will be to far away from the seal and will not wrap around the top corners of the bunk door. I also think it is going to look a little crazy. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m also thinking of replacing the T-handle type latches with the cargo door latches. Where is a good place to find them?

If you still have the old gutter, I'd find a place that does metal fabricating, and ask how much to duplicate it. Can't help on the latch question.
