Heated Mattress Pads

I was wondering if Jayco sells the heated mattress pads individually or do you have to order them with your new trailer? If so , how much are they and where can I get them?

I am sure they do, but you will pay dearly for them. We bought ours from this website: http://cozywinters.com/heated-mattress-pads.html

We are using the low voltage, waterproof ones.

Re: Heated Mattress Pads

We're doing our first trip with ours. Just bought from Amazon. We're only using them with power so no low voltage model but they work great. Makes a huge difference and cuts back on the heat used in the night.

X2, I am sure you can buy them from Jayco. We bought a set of queen size mattress pads from a local store. They work great and the price was right.

We have Sunbeam mattress heater pads on all our beds at home. The queen & king sizes have 2 individual controlers so we each get the temps we like individually. For our TT we have a Sunbeam queen size heated blanket the is very soft to the touch like fur - this also has individual controls. Bought them from Costco.

Start our first trip in approx 2 weeks and our new to us has the heated pads and I think we'll need them on the west coast. Hope my new Touareg TDI pulls like the name we gave it ( The Mule).

I guess my question is : are the Jayco heated mattress pads the same thing as the store bought mattress pads but just fitted for the TT mattresses?

No they are not, they are much thicker, but can't be folded or washed. You really are much better off buying any of those listed above, the queen size fit fairly well.

We have used several queen heated mattress pads. They adjust to any size queen mattress nicely.

Do the heated mattress pads go on top of the mattresses that came with the camper? Or do they replace them all together?
