Hypervent or AIRE-flow for moisture?

Has anyone here used the Hypervent or Aireflow material to stop condensation between the mattress and fold out bed. Our mattress is soaked in the morning, we actually thought it was a leak on the front bed. We have looked at these products as a solution. We have concerns that the plastic material will scratch where the mattress over laps the wood cabinets and will it be difficult to roll up when the mattress is folded.

So far its the only problem we've discovered with the hybrid. It would be nice if the manufacturers would design airflow into the doors and eliminated the moisture problem.

If anyone can expand on their experiences or other solutions.

Welcome.
Actually I've never had a problem with condensation but I do have the HyperVent just to make sure.

Do you find the plastic side is abrasive? Since the mattress is free floating and the Hypervent will overlap onto some of the laminate wood we are worried it will scratch and cause damage.

We have it on our boat and it cured all the condensation problems. Since we have some odd shaped mattresses we cut cut the Hypervent to fit, works perfect and hasn't scratched any wood.

We use hypervent. Definitely expensive but worth the cost.

no problem. definitely a cheaper alternative to hypervent. it is very ridgid and only takes up a half inch.
