I need JACK HELP!

So went to move my TT from a spot to get it ready for the season (about 10 feet)….The battery is full, the electric jack worked fine. I went to unhooked and the electric jack was dead …I had lights in the camper. I checked the two fuses leading to the jack and the one leading to the electric jack to battery was blown…I replaced with the same amp. I went to raise the jack and it blew. I did it one more time and same thing…. What is my issue? Thank you I advance!

If you are at maximum extension you might have jammed the gears. A 7/16" socket will hand crank many electric jacks, access is through the rubber plug on the top. Some people have used a combination of the hand crank and electric power. Onec it moves a bit it should be OK.

Sorry but where is the rubber plug? Do I have to take off the Jack cover?
It makes sense because I did run it up too much!

Look at the top of the jack, hopefully in the center of the top there is a rubber disk about 3/4 of an inch in diameter. At least that's how mine is.

Do I have to take the top off of the jack to access this? To do so , I see that I have 2 screws to remove?

My apologies, I just saw that I have 3 rubber pieces…. So, I peel back the top one to access the bolt?

Which Jack do you have and\or can you see a product label on it? Perhaps a picture would help. ~CA
