Is Jayco making the Jayfeather 7 in 2019

Is Jayco making the Jayfeather 7 in 2019? The site isn’t updated and there isn’t any info as far as I can tell.

I haven't seen anything advertised to this point or anything showing up on the lots. I hate to think that they have discontinued the 7 line. I've been in to travel trailers for a long time and this Feather 7 I own is hands down my favorite. Perfect size for boondocking and getting in to those tight spots.

My dealer replied

Jayco has stopped making the 7 wide units in the Expandable series, they do offer the Hummingbird and Jay Flight SLX in the 7 Wide models With single axles

What a shame, but I rarely buy new anyway..

New around here, looking for info on the jayfeather 7. How is it constructed, or what materials?

Can it handle rough forest service roads in colorado? Because I'm stuck on a 7' wide trailer for those narrow gravel roads. There aren't to many trailers 7' wide to choose from, especially toy haulers. Nobo 19.1 is a 7' wide toyhauler, but 20 some feet long. Id rather have 7x16 or maybe 7x18.

Thanks!

Yes, I think you will be fine if you take it easy.

Thanks Midnightmoon.. Is it wooden construction with luan/fiberglass exterior?

I'm spoiled because I used to have a 8.5x24 featherlite toyhauler and sold it because it was to big. Now I'm regretting selling because everything else looks like to would rot and fall apart when it gets wet..

Pressed composite wood floor, fiberglass sides.

If you find a Baja edition like I have, it has the axle flip, LT tires, etc. I have just shy of 24" of ground clearance to the bottom of the frame.
