Jay feather xb16 black tank issues

Hello. This is the second time we took our trailer out and it seems that the black tank has an emptying issue. Would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions that would help. Thanks.

Could you provide some detail(s) on the kind of emptying issue are you having and if you had the same issue both trips?

Pulling out on the handle will open the valve. Do the black tank first, flush with lots of water, close it then open the gray tank valve to help rinse out the sewer hose.
