2) Outside speakers are raised up higher under the awning.
3) Slide-topper (option?)
4) shallow shower pan (I think Jayco took a step backwards on this one)
5) rearranged the tongue layout
6) electric tongue jack (maybe this makes up for the shallow pan)
7) dining table legs are different (that's gotta be an improvement)

What's the box next to the 110 outlet outside the front door?
What's the black box next to the bath sink?

hope you enjoy yours as much as we enjoy ours!
1) Yes, replaced with led strip - see http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7362/9...c729dd77_z.jpg for a pic of the lights at night.
3) Yes, extra paid for option
4) That's what I hear
7) I don't know. So far not a big fan of these legs. Then again, could be worse I'm sure.

The box next to the 110 outlet outside is a tv-out port. So you can bring cable in on the other side and back out to a tv under the awning via that connection.

The black box next to the sink is a pair of outlets and the GFCI switch is on those.

Let's see, you are getting it for $3880 less than book value and the dealer is throwing in a long list of goodies...you are probably getting a good deal.

It's not all stock as I had them swap out to a fantastic fan, add the max air cover, add the awning over the slide out, and install my own battery box with dual 6V trojans.
I just bought a 2014 X23B. What's the benefit of having the awning over the slideout and how much is the digital thermostat for the furnace?

So the slide cover is nice for when you're parked under trees to help keep debris out of the slide. When we were in the VA mountains in the fall, we had a LOT of leaf cleanup during closing up to head home. The slide topper made it really easy to brush clean and close up without worry about sticks/leaves getting into the seals.

I picked up http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it's about $32 for the thermostat. It's been really nice to have a temp read out and know where it's set at night. It's another battery to maintain, but I'm glad I did it.

I recently purchased a 2014 x18d and did tons or research before making the purchase. I had a number of quotes from RVDirect and in the end took the quote to my local Jayco dealer and they got within $400. Nice to buy local, but it was real nice to have that written quote. RVDirect is a 3 hour drive for me, so I think that was a real tool in my negotiations. The local dealer price included the WD and sway bar so it was a simple choice. The local dealers best deal was 2k over the RVDirect price before I negotiated!
