Karrier Load Star Tire problem

I have Load Star ST 175/80R13 tires on my Jayco X20E. When I got back from a camping trip last week (drove from Delaware to Maine and back) I noticed black streaks on both tires on the right side of my camper. On one of the tires, the black streak is nearly as wide as the entire side wall and it is on both sides of the tire. I'm sure I didn't scrape any thing on the trip and all the tires were inflated to 65 psi before I left. Went to a local RV dealer who insisted that the tires were under inflated which is impossible since they were inflated to the maximum recommended for the tires. I also went to a Goodyear Tire Center but the manager there was as stumped as I am. I hope to get another camping trip in before cold weather but am concerned about these tires. I know it is difficult to diagnosis this problem without seeing the tires but I'm wondering if anyone out there has had an experience like this? I didn't mention that the tires on the left side of my camper look perfectly normal.

To upload a picture from your PC:

1) Click in the "Go advanced" tab at the bottom of the reply box.

2) Select the icon at the top that looks like a paper clip (to the right of the smiley face.

3) Select the top 'Browse' box; navigate to you PC's directory that has the picture you want to place in your reply and select it.

It looks like my tire problem is going to have a happy ending. My dealer suggested that I contact Jayco about my problem with defective Load Star tires and Jayco is going to pay for two new tires! I contacted the Load Star warranty telephone number on the tire and after submitting a detailed description of the problem with the tires and numerous photos....I was basically told that they wouldn't do anything unless I had a blowout so don't waste your time contacting them if you have a problem with Karrier Load Star tires.
