IF you boondock it is a worthwhile expense. Just unplug your current lights make sure you have the right base and plug in the new lights.. very easy mod.

You can just replace the bulbs with led's.
Just search LED replacement for Bulb # or wedge style.
You should be able to find your bulb # in owners manual.

I changed every bulb on my previous Rockwood to LED. Even found LED replacements for the vent hood light and the refrigerator light...

Have converted all but the fridge light and running lights over to LED. Running lights are only on when attached to the TV, and the fridge bulb is really odd size/shape.

I bought inexpensive wedge bulbs on Amazon, 10 warm and 10 cool white. The cool we used for kitchen and bath fixtures, the warm for living areas and bunk fans. When installing, be aware that they are polarity sensitive; if they don't light, pull them back out and rotate the base 180 degrees and reinsert. A couple appeared to be flaky but are better after pulling them out, adjusting the contact wires to spring out a bit more, and reinserting. Total investment wasn't much more than $20.

Note that there are a lot of choices for bulbs out there. The 13 element bulbs we used put out about the same lumens, and the warm bulbs are about the same color as the former incandescent. There are bulbs with more LED elements and higher lumen outputs, so if you find the current bulbs dim you can brighten things up a bit.

We've converted to LEDs twice. I d Clare success twice. We do not boondock but I got tired of replacing bulbs and anything that reduces the heat load inside is a good thing.
What I did: figure out the built base type. Do a google search for the bulb to get the color (degrees Kelvin) and brightness(lumens). Using these 3 factors pick replacements. After that, it's plug-n-play.

I don't buy based on a color description (i.e.: warm white. I buy based on the color temp-kelvin). Brightness, if the world nca bulbs are a good level, try to match, too bright or dim, adjust the lumens rating you select.
I bought on eBay from sellers in China and I've had good results. Just in case, I order extras. I've had a couple of failures of a particular bulb type and glad to have the spares.
They all come from China so I don't have conscience issues. Buying direct is also cheaper and delivery took 10-ish days.
IMHO, LEDS are ok from there, not tires.

Easy to do! I bought 48 LED boards, on ebay, from a china vendor. I paid very little for them, and I bought a few extras. You do have to replace the adhesive strip as they are not made for the heat that LEDs produce. I have never had any issues with mine. Have never used any of the spares, but I have them if I do. I think I calculated that all my LEDs consume about the same amount of power as one of the OEM incandescent bulbs.
