Looking for mod for sewage hookup protector/bumper

I vaguely remeber seeing something on here about a mod to protect the sewage hookup. I just purchased my 2013 x17z and am concerned about the low ground clearance. I scanned through the first 20 pages on the mod thread..some great ideas there I may have to try. Also has anyone ever tried painting the black plastic trim over the tires? Mine is sun faded.

I will hang out and see what you find.

I have found that using Krylon Fusion for plastics (spray can paint) is great for plastics. Like anything, prep the plastic first with a good cleaner/degreaser, then spray this paint on. It's made specifically for plastic, and sticks great.

You can buy it at most any automotive stores, as well as Walmart.
