Lost keys!!!

We have a 2017 X23f. My lovely 3 year old got a hold of both sets of our keys and did who knows what with them. We have been looking for a month now. We had a locksmith come and open our trailer but that was it. So besides paying close to 400 dollars and getting one if every key code key made or having my entire trailer re keyed, which im sure isn't cheap, do we have any other options?

Thank you for any insight.

You may find some numbers on the locks and a manufacturer that can allow you to order them. They also sell hooks that keep them higher than a 3 year old can reach. LOL

X2 on getting the numbers for the locks. Try Easy Keys. They have excellent customer service.

The number of the key is inside the lock on a sticker

I used bauerproducts.com to get a couple of spare keys for my 212QB. The key number is stamped on the front of the lock.

Not sure if you're talking about just the door lock, which we thought about just replacing but i have 3 bunk ends that require the keys to open them as well and they each have 2 locks on them. We also took the lock apart hoping to find the key code on the inside, but there was nothing. The dealer we bought the trailer from said there isnt anything they can do other than possibly re key the whole trailer. That is hopefully our absolute last option. On the locks themselves all they say is db which i found means dead bolt.

I'm not sure if this is relevant for your RV but don't forget the Famous CH751 approach used for the outside storage bins!

X2, Here is a picture of the backside of my lock. The sticker is the key number.

Does your cargo hold(s) use the same key as the door or just a plain silver key? If it was a plain silver key it is a CH751, the same key as almost every other camper in the country.

There are a number places you can order the keys online, such as https://www.rvlocksandmore.com/

We took apart our lock and there was no number on it. We had two keys, a gray bauer one that opened everything including our storage areas and a black one that opened our outside shower compartment.
