I just received a new custom made mattress for my cargo trailer from Mattress Insider. They will make whatever size you need. I'm well pleased with the comfort and superb quality. It has a quilted organic cotton topper that is so comfortable.

We got one of their mattresses for our 2021 X17Z to replace the factory-supplied mattress. Their RV mattresses are custom sized (and, if needed, shaped) in various thicknesses. We decided on a 6" with a hinge along the center. That should fit nicely in the space for the front bunk. It feels great.

Also, note that last year there was a very long thread on mattresses:

I ordered the 5" custom mattress with the hinge. When folded the extra 2" of thickness if no problem. I just finished a 2 week camp trip and it was like sleeping on my home mattress...100 times better than stock which I gave away on Craigslist.

We decided to take no risks and got the 6" Kinsley. That may have been overkill, but we don't regret it.
