Needing Weather stripping around the Bunks

Hi, I have recently purchased a 2008 16XRB. We have enjoyed camping once this Springs and had a great time, BUT I am finding the seal around the front bunk has dried out. It is cracked and doesn't seal properly. It needs to be replaced.
1. Has anyone experience the paneling that the mattress pad sets on while being stored becoming water damaged ? (mine is so badly damaged I need it replaced and portions of the wall repaired.
2. Do you know where I can get the rubber seal and adhesive that goes around both front and back bunks ?

My local Jayco dealer sold me some new weather sealong/gasket for around the bed... Was about 1$ a foot so super cheap fix. Biggest challenge was removing the old one completely... It was so caked on it was very hard and time consuming. I ended up using some paint thinner to help decompose the glue and then plastic blade to remove. Worked great but pain in the arse.
