No lights

We have a 2017 jay feather 7.
We always camp where we have hookups. We have recently started renting it out after buying a larger unit. The first time it goes out they are dry camping and no power to the lights or slide. Battery is good we had it tested and all fuses are good. Everything worked fine while plugged into power at the house prior to leaving.

How about the fuse right by the battery? Did you have the battery removed, are you sure it's reconnected properly?

Supposedly it was removed and took in to be checked. It’s still out for the rental. He was nice enough to try to figure it out himself. Battery and fuses all good. They think it’s the converter but wouldn’t the battery not be charged if that was the issue?

The converter is not in the picture unless he's on shore power. Has to be a fuse, bad connection or dead battery.
