Picking up my new Jay Feather 16XRB tomorrow!

I am SOOOOO excited!!!

Question about wall mounting "stuff", such as towel racks, etc.
I am a professional designer by trade so my creativity is rarin' to go to make this unit reflect "me".

I have purchased all kinds of "Command" hooks for decor type items inside however in the bathroom, I am thinking
I'd like to add a permanently attached small, lightweight towel bar in the bathroom for hand towels.

My question is about screw length - please give me your thoughts. Do I need to also use a molly?

Also - I cannot stand the ugly existing bathroom mirror with the fake wood frame - I read somewhere it can be removed
by carefully sliding fishing line behind it to "saw" at the double-sided tape and not damage the wall finish - is this accurate?

Congrats!....time to pimp!

I installed a towel bar with screws only. I gently drilled small pilot holes through the paneling so not to splinter the backside - then used short (@1"), deep thread screws. Don't overtighten.

I've not removed the mirror but I've read where several have. You may run into a few small nails shot through the frame if a stud happened to be behind the mirror.

Take pictures of your work!
