Pin hole in the tent
On my 2010 17z, I noticed before I bought it that there was one small pinhole in the top of the tent on the front. So small like the tip of a needle, but I can see it. Is there something I should do with this? I don't want to put a patch on for something so small. I doubt it will even be an issue but I was going to put a dab of silicone over the pin hole. What have others done? Thanks

I would think in a pinch a good quality seam sealer would also do the trick. I guess it would depend on if it was a $60 tent or a $600 tent....

Has anybody actually used this? I have alot of pin holes and a few a little bigger then a pin hole. My holes seem to be directly under the pole in the roof. Weird. We did not see these when we purchased our 2011 because the pole was covering them.( I am considering ordering this product later today.

Well I just got a quote from the company to ship to Canada. The product is 12.00 shiping is 35.00. So I guess I will be searching for something locally as that shipping price is totally insane.

Wow, $35 for shipping seems excessive, I'm sure $10 would more then cover the actual shipping charges. Maybe someone in Canada carries this product, or maybe there are other US vendors with more reasonable shipping rates. I'll look around & post if I find something.

Hey Sunstarsmoon, whereabouts in Ontario are you located? Maybe they would ship 2 bottles for the same $35 shipping fee and we could go 1/2's on the shipping. Still expensive, but better then paying full price. Would be $12.95 + $17.50 shipping that way. So about $30.45 each provided there are no other fees or taxes involved.

Thats a good idea. I have found another product but its more for actual holes. I live in Oshawa, what about you!
