I use a plastic putty knife about 1 1/2 in. wide.. Be very careful and remove it until you can access and remove the screws. Notice how it is sealed and replace the new one the same way,
Caulking well or using Eternabond tape.
Be very careful pulling it up as it is sealed top and bottom.
