Prepping for winter.

When closing up camper for winter, using outside storage, is EVERYTHING removed in the camper? Rodents destroyed our popup one cruel winter. They had a field day and used everything at their disposal. Do things like pots and pans, dishes, linen need to be removed. I imagine any kind of linen, just to make it as uncomfortable as can be should they get in. Not expecting it with the TT right next to the house but one can't be to careful. Removing everything with a scent and have dryer sheets at the ready.
Any other suggestions?

I took all the food stuff out, but I am leaving the linens and clothing. Mine is in the driveway plugged in so I will be able to monitor for any vermin.

We only take out food and anything that could freeze and explode. We leave all linens and even our extra jackets that are used only for camping. Most of my linens are under the bed in plastic storage boxes. We leave rat poison out and we have yet to have a single rodent.

I leave all the pots and pans, linens, jackets, etc in the camper. pull all the food and water out and put down bounce drier sheets....we have never had a problem.

Only remove food items that will freeze and break. Shampoo's, liquid hand soap's etc. all go in the sink just in case they leak. Otherwise, we lock the door and count the days until spring....
