Definitely a travel trailer...

As far as length, bed's open is the safest. But since it's a hybrid, you can sometime fit into with a max length of the travel length.

When reserving at a new GC, I use Google Maps satellite view to get a feel for the spots. If there's open areas at the end of the parking area, I know I can open my bed end into it and thus can fit into a 24' site instead of 28' or so.
