We use ours most weekends we are out, however I don't think I would load up the grill with half a dozen steaks that would splatter over the side of the unit - for that we have a stand alone unit we use for the larger feasts.Thus far we have had zero problems.

Here are the shots of my setup. Blue Rhino reduced-for-quick-sale grill from Lowes ($5), orifice and throttling valve assembly, the trailer QD, the hose, and the male QD plug on the hose. The hose is made up from connecting 3 hoses to get the length I wanted at the price I was willing to pay ($0). I made a 90 degree elbow from 3/8" copper tubing with flare fittings on the end to connect the hose to the grill and also to my 39,000 btu burner.
