Seeking recs on ways to renew and care for the bunk end gasket seals. Any must have cleaners / protectants?

I use this on all my slide seals, etc. Pretty good stuff.

X2, A Jayco rep told me about this stuff, after using for 4 years the seals still look and feel like new.

I use 303 on just about everything rubber or plastic.
