Single propane tank changes?

We own a 2016 Jay Feather 7 19 XUD.
Right now we have a single propane tank that is held in place by 2 bolts through the holes in the bottom of the tank and the front cross braces. Needless to say, if the ground is wet, muddy, snowy or it's after dark changing tanks lying on your back becomes a major pain in the "you know what." I would like to change the underneath tie down system to a propane tank rack with that can be tightened on the side. See the attached picture of 1 of the bolts used at the bottom of the tank and trailer frame.

Even better, I would like to change out the single tank to a system that will hold 2 tanks. Nothing fancy like automatic change over. Just a place for 2 tanks that are easy to remove for filling.

Does anyone know of a single tank rack where you can remove the tank without lying on the ground and/or changing to a simple 2 tank rack system.

I added the plate mentioned above to my popup. I think I just left the angle brackets in place, bent them out a little bit, pressed the plate in between and ran the bolt through the angle brackets into the plate, had to drill a couple holes, but I changed that single tank one time and that was enough.

Thanks to all responders

I took all of your advise and bought the double tank plate listed above. I installed it with 2 square U bolts with a little Loctite metal thread locker on each side. So easy to get to the tanks now.

Good! That's an easy mod. I did the same thing on our '93 Jayco 1208 pop-up camper. After that I have not gotten a trailer with a single tank.

I got tired of the bolts. Hated to take them off to weight the tank.

I replaced the bolts with two snap connectors. See the picture. Holds nice and tight and really easy on off.
