Unhappy Soaking wet 23b :(

We just opened our 2007 23b and one bed was sopped with water I am so angry. We bought it used last year. Had it winterized and they assured me it was not leaky. What do I do? I took the covers off the mattresses. The foam is mostly dry. The wood is warped. Canvas is stained a bit. We bought an extended warranty... I wonder if this is covered

I was so worried about this type of camper for this very reason

Our '06 has an area where water likes to enter in the right front corner. During a rainstorm with the bunk popped out I noticed it but we store our unit indoors unless we are camping so I don't know if it leaks when folded up.

I would hope that extended warranty will cover it, although past posts on this forum have mentioned leaks aren't always because owner is responsible. Did the leak come from a bad seal? Keep us updated on result with dealer

I have a 200723b and it leaked in the rear bunk bed when closed. I was very upset too when I discovered the leak. Took us months to figure out that the door seals were the culprit. The solution was to add peel-and-stick weather stripping around the door flange. After that, we have not had leaks while in uncovered storage. I suspect that the 2007 23b has a flaw in this area. But it's fixed relatively easy so it's not too bad.

Good luck!
