Solar Question (sort of)

This is not really a "solar question" per se. I have a 2016 x17z and want to add a Renogy starter kit. I see mentions to running the cable from the roof down the fridge vent. I have looked at that a few times and cannot see how that would work. Can any give me some pointers? Do I need to remove the white cover on the roof? Do I need to remove the fridge to access behind it?

I have been through the solar community section and got some good information there but not how to actually run a line down the fridge vent.

On the roof, remove 4 stainless steel screws that hold the cover on the roof fridge vent. You will see a clear path down to the back of the fridge thru a fridge vent.

Once there figure where you need to go with the wiring to get to where it needs to go.
