Yes, I installed the Maxxair II myself and I used the same vids that is posted here. I think it took me about 30 minutes to get the job done. And for those of you who have a 2013 X23B like me and southpaw, there was no problems as far as clearance from vent pipes, etc.. There was plenty of room to spare!

Our X23B is a 2012 and the clearance between the vent pipe and the vent was a bit tight. The cover (Maxxair II) fit but I had to install it slightly off center due to the limited clearance. Works great! We only close the vent when it's really cold outside, so that means it's open 99.99% of the time - in storage too.

Installing the Max air vent was really easy. It took more time to gather the tools and ladder than to do the work.

Two things I highly recommend doing when you put the extension ladder up on the side of the TT. Put the stabilizer jacks down when you are on the roof. Then wrap some old cloth around the ladder uprights where it will touch the TT. I put a small nick in the roofing membrane when setting the ladder against the TT. That roofing membrane is extremely thin.

I agree with you Jagiven about gathering up the tools and ladders, etc!

BTW, I remembered reading your advice earlier about wrapping something around the ladder and I used some towels to lean it up against the trailer.
