Are you talking just the lenses or the entire light fixture?
Mine which is a little newer than yours. Had a thin coating a caulk all the way around where the lens and the base assembly. There was also a bit of caulk in the push tabs to keep everything sealed, which I had to cut. If I remember correctly the push tabs were on the bottom side of the assembly. As I recall I needed a screwdriver to give a light pressure on the tabs to release it, then pull up on the lens.
Once the lens is off, there are mounting screws to hold the assembly to the wall.
Unfortunately my TT, is in deep winter hibernation and do not have access to it for another month.
