Tent Insulation

We have a 2013 X23F that we love. I have the Pop Up Gizmos and they really help a lot, especially here in Florida. I am trying to come up with a way to insulate the inside of the canvas to cut down on the heat. I am thinking about getting 1/4" foam board with the silver cover on one side. Then cutting it to fit inside the three sides of the bed. Has anyone done this before or have a better suggestion?

I recall a post where the owner cut Reflectix sections to fit between the screen and zip up window. It's not 100% coverage but he reported it helping. It's easy to store too.

I am one of the many that uses Reflectix in my tent windows (along with popup gizmos on the top). It works great and is very easy to cut to fit snugly; and stores very easily under the mattresses when the beds are open so you can get fresh air; and between the folded mattresses when traveling. I fold the one for the main window in half when storing.
