Thule fasteners on outside of camper????

I bought out 23b used... On the outside ( both sides) there are several Thule fasteners and caps. They are staggered.. What do you think they were used for?

I looked on their website and they had a garbage can and table hooked to it as well a hook with a hose... Seems kind of weird to me...

Did you not get the Thule accessories with the trailer? You are right, table, garbage hanger and all sorts of cool things. I have always wanted to put them on my trailer but I'm too scared to drill into my trailer.
