I'm assuming that you have a 2014, and as I understand it, recent Jayco models use the "alpha" systems roof materials.
Alpha systems web site suggests that you clean with mild detergent 4x per year. Nothing special needed. In fact that are specific that you NOT use any of the older style roof conditioner products, as they may cause damage to the new type of material used.

Also of note, alpha material needs a different type of sealant/ caulk..... Eg, not the dicor product that has been standard on the older roof materials.
If, you don't have " alpha" material, then use a typical conditioner/ cleaner made specifically for RV roof tops. I did mine 2x a year: spring and fall. Never had a problem in 8 years that I owned a TT
