Haven't seen posts re overheating.
Anyone with details?
Outside that theyr're good.
They should not be overheating. I can touch my LEDs and they don't get hot. I would be concerned about the heating.:lightning:

Just got my from China today. Still debating about the 3M tape vs. silicone adhesive. Saved a TON by going this route vs Camping World. LED on right.

These replace the 912 bulbs for the tighter fixtures. You just need to bend the pins.

I received another 12 last Friday from China. Free expedited shipping (took 1 week). I now have enough to replace all the bulbs. Hopefully they will work out.

Ok guys... this may start trouble but one thing I remember from the China lights is that they don't have a regulator. For $5 a pop, I love the bright, warm light they put out but last night, I tried reading a book under this light and it kept changing its intensity. It got so annoying that after less than 10 mins, I just shut the thing off and went to my backup LED light.

This has really got me thinking that the Command Electronics light (while more expensive) is a better route to go.

So I guess I should keep the 20 old bulbs

I might be best to keep the old ones for reading.

Then again I have also read that the regulated LED packs cause interference in digital television reception! Can't verify that yet but if you have a tv in your camper they MIGHT cause trouble. I guess nothing is perfect and there is always a down side to most everything! I'm scheduled to go camping at the end of this month and I will report back on the LED performance. Thanks to everyone for your input and ideas
