Water damage

My Jayco 17 Ex-Port that has two hybird tents at either end, I stored the camper last year and a little water dmg got in and there is some surface mold on one of the tent.

I am wondering if it's common to remove and clean the tents or is that something i want to avoid?

Also the laminate near the back end is peeling, i was thinking about stripping it and replacing it with a new piece. I have never done something like this before and am wondering if its possible?

When I had a pup I just mixed water and bleach like 20% Bleach to 80% water to start with and put it in a spray bottle and sprayed the fabric and let it dry.
