water in storage area

I have an x23b and on our last trip noticed a small amount of water near both doors of the storage area. We did have heavy rain a few days before our trip and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
My first guess would be the storage doors not sealing well but wonder if there were another area to look.

They are replacing the storage compartment (or re-sealing it), the door gasket, and the door. Also replacing the door lock assembly's as they rusted from the leak. No idea exactly where the leak was, so they're replacing everything that might have caused it.

The second year of our 23B we had a bad gasket on one of our storage hatch doors. Dealer replaced at no charge. Never have had water in the unit since.

Check the bunk doors and seals. We did get water in the vinyl once when some of the fabric got caught in the top of the door in an area you just cannot see. You might have had the corner of the skirt get caught in the seal down low, and allowed a little water to seep past.

thanks. checked the bunk doors and no water there at all. I was thinking the storage doors or the gaskets as well. May check with dealer as the camper is a 2016.

In mine I've found that the water was coming in by one of the twist locking tab for a cargo door !!! The water goes through the portion attached to the wing nut style, and drip inside of the frame lips where the rubber seal is installed. Its pretty weird that the water can go this route but it was pretty obvious when I discovered it the first time, and there is not much you can do about it

Not really since this portion of the lock is and must remain mobile. The only thing I can see is i might stop the leak if i pack the lock mechanism with grease . I've read somewhere that you can buy watertight lock for our cargo door, however the leak is not really important i would say to invest money in new lock
